Whenever a form requires the input of sensitive information, for example, your personal information or credit card number, that information is encrypted. Organizing committee access to personal information is restricted to those that require the information to perform a specific job function for the workshop.

All user registration information is contained behind a firewall and only accessible by a limited number of event organizers who have special access rights to our registration systems.
